For the Taif branch, our team provided a complete Design & Build solution for a restaurant covering approximately 1,200 sq.m., with a total project value of SAR 11.5 million. Our integrated role combined design management, technical coordination, construction, and fit-out delivery within a single coordinated project approach.
Restaurant projects require careful integration of architectural design, MEP services, operational requirements, interior finishes, and customer-facing spaces.
