The Mövenpick Hotel renovation project in Makkah was a large-scale hospitality renovation and refurbishment project, covering 1,250 guest rooms and 120 suites, with a total project value of SAR 110.259 million.
As Main Contractor, we managed the renovation works, construction coordination, site execution, quality control, and finishing activities across the hotel. The scale of the project required structured construction sequencing and consistent quality management across a significant number of guest rooms and suites.
