The Le Concheur project in Jeddah is a specialized F&B and commercial fit-out project covering approximately 830 sq.m., with a total project value of SAR 8.5 million.
Providing Design Management and Main Contractor services, we coordinated the project from design development through construction and final execution. The scope required careful integration of architectural details, MEP services, interior fit-out, and high-quality finishing works to deliver a functional and refined customer environment.
