The Lucky Llama project in Jeddah is a specialized F&B and restaurant fit-out project covering approximately 245 sq.m., with a total project value of SAR 1.95 million.
As Main Contractor, we managed the construction execution, technical coordination, interior fit-out, finishing works, and site management. The project required careful coordination between architectural details, MEP services, operational requirements, and interior finishes to create a functional and distinctive restaurant environment.
