The Dear Duck project in Jeddah is a specialized F&B fit-out and restaurant construction project covering approximately 180 sq.m., with a total project value of SAR 2.35 million.
As Main Contractor, we managed the construction, technical coordination, interior fit-out, finishing works, quality control, and site execution. The compact restaurant environment required detailed planning and close coordination to integrate the operational and customer-facing requirements within the available space.
