The Al Wouroud Administrative Building in Taif is a Design & Build project delivered as Main Contractor, covering approximately 1,183 sq.m. with a total project value of SAR 9 million.
Our integrated scope combined design management and construction delivery, providing a coordinated approach from design development through site execution. The project required careful integration of architectural requirements, interior spaces, building services, and construction activities to create a functional and professionally finished administrative environment.
As Main Contractor, we managed the overall project execution, including design coordination, construction management, technical coordination, quality control, site supervision, and finishing works. Bringing design and construction responsibilities together enabled our team to address technical requirements efficiently and maintain continuity throughout the delivery process.
