We have delivered multiple Khayal Restaurant branches across Saudi Arabia, completing approximately six locations across Taif, Makkah, and Jeddah. Our continued involvement with the brand demonstrates our capabilities in delivering consistent restaurant environments across multiple locations.

For the Khayal Restaurant project in Taif, we provided a complete Design & Build solution for approximately 1,200 sq.m., with a total project value of SAR 11.5 million. Our integrated role covered the coordination of design requirements and construction execution, providing a streamlined approach from design development through project delivery.

Restaurant construction requires close coordination between architectural, interior, MEP, operational, and finishing requirements. Our team applied its expertise in restaurant fit-out, design management, construction, and project coordination to manage these requirements while maintaining quality and consistency throughout execution.
