Aviation Construction & Infrastructure Projects

We have worked with Saudia Airlines across several specialized aviation and airport projects in Jeddah and other international airports in Saudi Arabia. Our involvement spans design management, main contracting, civil works, MEP, ICT infrastructure, and renovation, demonstrating our ability to operate within complex and operationally sensitive airport environments.

One of our key assignments was the Certified Shippers Baggage Center at the Hajj Terminal in Jeddah, where we provided Design Management and Main Contractor services. With a project value of SAR 25 million and an area of 8,343 sq.m., the project required coordinated management of design and construction activities within a specialized aviation facility.

We also participated in the Enhancement of Screening System – Transfer HUB & Transfer Inline Project at Terminal 01, Jeddah, serving as the Civil, MEP & ICT Contractor. Our scope supported the infrastructure requirements associated with the enhancement of airport screening operations.

For the Securing Inspection Devices for Consolidated Transit Shipments at International Airports across Saudi Arabia, our team again delivered Civil, MEP & ICT works, providing the coordinated infrastructure required to support the project’s inspection systems.

Our work with Saudia also includes the Hajj Terminal Plaza renovation in Jeddah, where we served as Main Contractor, managing and executing the renovation works within this important passenger environment.
