The Al Hilal Store in Riyadh is a specialized retail project delivered with our team serving as Main Contractor, in coordination with HAMAT, the sponsor of Al Hilal. The project focused on creating a high-quality commercial environment that translates Al Hilal’s brand identity into a functional and engaging physical retail space.
As Main Contractor, we managed the construction execution, technical coordination, site management, quality control, and finishing works, working closely with HAMAT throughout the project to coordinate requirements and support efficient delivery. The project required careful alignment between the commercial objectives, brand requirements, and construction execution to achieve a cohesive retail environment.
Our team applied its experience in retail construction, commercial fit-out, interior finishing, and project management to coordinate the different work packages. Particular attention was given to workmanship, detailing, and finishing quality—key elements in delivering customer-facing retail spaces for prominent brands.
