The IKEA Showroom in Al Hasa is a major retail construction project delivered with our team serving as Main Contractor. Covering approximately 4,500 sq.m. with a total project value of SAR 45 million, the project required comprehensive construction management and multidisciplinary coordination to deliver a large-format retail environment.
As Main Contractor, we managed the construction, technical coordination, site execution, quality control, and project management throughout the delivery process. Large retail showrooms require careful integration of architectural elements, building services, interior spaces, and customer-facing areas, making coordinated planning and execution essential.
Our team applied its expertise in retail construction, commercial fit-out, MEP coordination, finishing works, and main contracting to manage the different project disciplines efficiently. Particular attention was given to construction sequencing, workmanship, and consistency across the showroom to support a functional and professionally finished retail space.
