For this Section B branch in Jeddah, we provided Design Management and Main Contractor services for a 785 sq.m. restaurant with a project value of SAR 5.35 million.
Our scope combined design coordination, construction management, restaurant fit-out, technical coordination, and site execution. Delivering an F&B environment requires close integration between the design intent, operational requirements, MEP services, interior finishes, and construction activities.
