Tera Mall in Taif is a large-scale Design & Build commercial project delivered with our team serving as Main Contractor. With a total project value of SAR 137 million and a built area of approximately 80,000 sq.m., the development required comprehensive coordination across design, engineering, construction, and project delivery.
Our integrated Design & Build role enabled us to manage the project from design development and technical coordination through construction and site execution. The scale of the mall required careful integration of architectural works, structural requirements, MEP services, interior and finishing works, and commercial spaces within a coordinated construction program.
As Main Contractor, our responsibilities centered on design management, construction planning, multidisciplinary coordination, quality control, site management, safety, and execution. Managing an 80,000 sq.m. commercial development required structured sequencing of activities and effective coordination between the different project disciplines.
