We provided Design Management and Main Contractor services for the Century Burger branch at Terminal 01, Domestic Terminal, Jeddah Airport. The project involved delivering a food and beverage outlet within a demanding airport environment, where technical coordination, efficient execution, and attention to operational requirements were essential.
Our integrated role covered design coordination and construction delivery, managing the transition from design requirements through site execution. Working within an airport terminal required a structured approach to site activities, construction sequencing, quality control, and coordination with relevant project stakeholders.
The project drew on our experience in restaurant construction, F&B fit-out, airport commercial spaces, and design management. Our team focused on translating the brand and operational requirements into a functional, professionally finished restaurant environment while maintaining quality and safety throughout construction.
