Design Management & Main Contracting
We delivered two Dots branches in Saudi Arabia, located at The Boulevard in Riyadh and Abhur in Jeddah, providing Design Management and Main Contractor services for both locations.
Each branch covered approximately 200 sq.m., with a project value of SAR 1.55 million per location. Our integrated role combined design coordination with construction execution, allowing us to manage the transition from design requirements through site delivery while maintaining consistency across both branches.
The projects required detailed coordination of interior construction, commercial fit-out, finishing, and site activities within compact retail environments. Our team focused on efficient construction sequencing, technical coordination, quality control, and attention to detail to translate the design requirements into professionally executed spaces.
