Working with King Abdulaziz International Airport aligns with our specialist capabilities in airport construction, aviation infrastructure, MEP, ICT, and complex renovation projects. Our experience across multiple airport projects demonstrates our ability to manage multidisciplinary scopes where technical coordination, quality, safety, and reliable execution are essential to successful project delivery.
Airport Construction & Infrastructure Works
We have delivered several specialized projects for King Abdulaziz International Airport (KAIA) in Jeddah, providing multidisciplinary expertise across main contracting, design management, civil works, MEP, ICT infrastructure, and renovation works. Our involvement covers critical airport facilities, including baggage handling, security screening, transit inspection, and passenger areas.
A key assignment was the Certified Shippers Baggage Center – Hajj Terminal, where we provided Design Management and Main Contractor services. With a project value of SAR 25 million and an area of 8,343 sq.m., the project required coordinated design and construction delivery within a specialized aviation environment.
At Terminal 01, we worked on the Enhancement of Screening System – Transfer HUB & Transfer Inline Project as the Civil, MEP & ICT Contractor, delivering the supporting infrastructure required for the enhancement of airport screening operations.
Our scope also included Civil, MEP & ICT works for the Securing Inspection Devices for Consolidated Transit Shipments project, supporting the infrastructure requirements associated with specialized inspection systems.
In addition, we served as Main Contractor for the Hajj Terminal Plaza renovation works, coordinating and executing renovation activities within one of the airport’s key passenger environments.
