We served as Main Contractor for the Mövenpick Hotel renovation project in Makkah, delivering renovation works within a large-scale hospitality environment. With a project value of SAR 110.259 million, the project covered a hotel comprising 1,250 rooms and 120 suites, requiring structured construction management and close coordination throughout execution.
As Main Contractor, our role focused on the planning, coordination, and delivery of the hotel renovation works, with particular attention to quality control, site management, construction sequencing, safety, and efficient execution. Renovating a hospitality property of this scale requires careful management of multiple work areas while maintaining consistent standards across guest rooms, suites, and associated spaces.
