Working with KAUST during its initial development phase provided an opportunity to contribute to a major project through our capabilities in furniture consultation, finishing material supply, lighting consultation, and procurement coordination. Our involvement across multiple scopes reflects our ability to support large-scale developments with dependable sourcing, technical consultation, and coordinated supply services.
Furniture Consultation & Supply – Thuwal
From July 2008 to December 2010, we contributed to KAUST Phase 1 in Thuwal, providing furniture consultation and supply for approximately 1,100 apartments. The scope required coordinated product consultation and supply support for a large-scale residential development.
Our involvement focused on supporting the project’s furnishing requirements through structured coordination and reliable supply across a substantial number of residential units. The scale of the assignment demonstrates our early experience in large residential developments, furniture procurement, consultation, and project supply in Saudi Arabia.
Finishing Materials, Lighting & PVC Tent
From January 2009 to July 2010, we also supported KAUST in Thuwal through the supply of finishing materials, alongside lighting consultation and PVC tent supply.
These assignments required effective coordination between project requirements, product selection, procurement, and supply. Our team worked to provide practical material and lighting solutions while supporting the wider project delivery requirements.
