We served as Main Contractor for the IKEA Showroom in Al Hasa, delivering a large-scale retail construction project covering approximately 4,500 sq.m., with a total project value of SAR 45 million.
Our role as Main Contractor involved the management, coordination, and execution of the construction works, with a strong focus on quality, technical coordination, site management, safety, and efficient project delivery. The project required careful planning to meet the requirements of a modern retail environment while maintaining consistency across the showroom space.
