We served as Main Contractor for the Nice Showroom in Jeddah, delivering a specialized retail construction project covering approximately 2,000 sq.m., with a total project value of SAR 6 million.
Our role included the management, coordination, and execution of the construction works, with a strong focus on finishing quality, technical coordination, site management, safety, and efficient project delivery. The showroom required a carefully managed construction approach to create a functional and professionally finished retail environment aligned with the client’s requirements.
